When the vegetables arrive, they are immediately placed in the internal cooling chain. Here, the vegetables are stored under optimal conditions. We only produce to order, to we can guarantee a certain freshness here as well.
Where possible, we have automated our cutting process. We use machines that are specially adapted to our products. Delivering quality is our highest priority. Where mechanisation would compromise this, we process the products by hand. Naturally, we work according to food safety legislation in both cases.
